1. CUSTOMER INTERVIEW

You will be asked to complete an in-depth customer interview that probes you to explain what makes you unique in the world and your business. Not only does it ask the obvious questions that you would expect, but we also want to know what a perfect day in the life of your “dream job” looks like - and how does this perfect day impact your ideal client?

2. CORE VALUES ACTIVITY

The following exercise will help you and your team to create a solid list of core values, from which you can start living and leading as your best, authentic self. Remember that values are personal and individual so keep this in mind if you’re doing this as a group activity.

2. INSPIRATION BOARD

The last part of phase 1 is going to be the creation of your inspiration board. Let’s collaborate on Pinterest to collect images, fonts, colors, patterns, textures - even quotes - that inspire you and help to illustrate the direction of your brand visually.
