Taking time each day for yourself, even if it’s just 5 minutes, can be challenging – but is essential in order to achieve your goals in a well-balanced (and organized) manner! The downloadable Mind, Body & Sol Choice Day Planner is here to help!
If you’re like me, your day consists of lots of “hat changes”, so it’s hard to sit down and make a to-do list without breaking things into categories, first. The weekly “brain dump” section allows you to categorize all of your tasks before the week begins. I, personally, like to categorize my weekly to-do lists in the following categories: Design, Fitness, Nutrition and Miscellaneous. Once I have listed all of the to-dos in these categories, I start to move the tasks to the 7-day planner.
The 7-Day planner gives space to time block all of the daily tasks that you have “dumped” ~ as well as spaces for meal planning, snacks, water intake, and YOU time!
These are the pages where I meal plan, plan my workouts, schedule time each day for mental health, schedule active recovery like walking, stretching and hot yoga, and even mark off my water intake each day.
The first of the Choice Day Planners is the Mind, Body & Sol 7-Day planner! This planner has space to plan out your entire week ahead of time, by categorizing your to-do lists before inserting each task into a time block. There are also input spaces for workouts, nutrition and gratitude lists, something that helps keep me in a positive mindset throughout the week!
