Hi everyone - I am so sorry to be missing the meeting but I am sick and I am pretty sure no one wants to be around me! I have the comments turned on for this page so anyone can feel to leave a question or answer one!

My updates for tonight are:

• Kim C, Kim W and I have been to the storage shed to look through all possible decor. We really liked the huge white arch and were thinking about using that in the entry way. Is that ok?

• I am working on forming a larger committee to start to delegate since a lot of what I would like to achieve is handmade.

• Budget is $4,500 but if I think I can do it in less as the weeks go by, I will let you know.

• Giselle is awesome and has passed over tons of cardboard boxes to me - I am going to start using those to make as many decorations as possible. (You can see visuals below).

• I do not fully understand the black plastic stuff so I would like to know how much we have - and how much I should estimate we need? I believe that there was a box of it in the storage shed.

• Calling for people to please save jars of any shape and size, and please wash out and remove labels.

• Also looking for anyone who has access to bamboo

• Anyone with access to scrap wood, that would be great as well.

• I am also collecting shells for crafts! Oyster shells, clam shells, etc. If you could gently wash/bleach them that would be great but I can also do that if you’re short on time. Or grossed out.

• At the entry way, do we have 2 tables? One for sign in and one for sign out?

• Are we going to be doing anything to ramp the kids up for after prom i.e. marketing or putting fun posts on social media? If so LMK and I can work on a campaign for that to start dripping in a few months.

I have updated the branding to reflect “Bull Island Beach Bash”. Anyone who wants to start using the branding now, just let me know and maybe we can work on t-shirts, stickers and promotional pieces? I have lots of contacts for those if anyone needs help.
